The 2015 BET Awards that went down on Sunday the 28th of June at the Microsoft Theater saw many artists bring out their A-game when it comes to fashion. On the red carpet artists such as Rihanna, Nicki Minaj as well as Chris Brown’s ex Karrueche Tran were stunning. It was not only the ladies who brought their A-game when it came to fashion, Chris Brown as well as Big Sean and P Diddy also rocked the red carpet.
Other than the red carpet the event also brought with it some epic performances. For instance Fetty Wap brought the house down when he performed his hit single “Trap Queen”. In fact, most of the audience sang along to his song and from the looks of things they really liked his performance. Big Sean, fresh from his breakup with Ariana Grande, also took to the stage and just like Fetty Wap killed it at the stage. He was joined by other artists including E-40.
Among those who also killed it during the event was Anthony Hamilton. The 44-year old singer has made his name in the music industry over the past years and has even earned the title of a seasoned, platinum-selling RnB/Soul Artist. Incase anyone had any doubts about that, they were all settled as Hamilton gave out his best performance yet.
Hamilton, who is also a music producer and a father, rocked the crowd with a mashup of “Stand By Me”. For those who are not aware “Stand By Me” was first performed by the late B.B. King in 1951, in fact the song was among the top hits during that year.
